We collaborate with teachers, teams, students, schools, districts, nonprofits, and educational systems to design engaging and equitable learning environments that foster efficacy, joy, and success for students and educators alike.
At the center of our work is a commitment to student experience and voice. We believe transformation happens when schools intentionally listen to students' ideas, experiences, and reflections and use that insight to guide sustainable improvement and transformation.
