Design Studios
A Design Studio creates dedicated space for teams to move important work forward with focus, clarity, and support.
Designed for teacher teams, school leadership teams, district teams, principals, and instructional coaches, these sessions provide structured time to work on high-impact projects with the guidance of expert facilitators who help ensure the work leads to something concrete and ready to implement. The level of facilitation will be adjusted based on the needs of each team.

Unlike traditional professional learning that can sometimes leave teams with a long list of ideas and "to-dos," a Design Studio is built around design sprints that lead to action. Teams leave with a product, plan, or process that is ready for immediate use.
Each session begins with focused guidance and clear outcomes. From there, facilitators provide the level of support your team needs—sometimes stepping back to create protected space for deep work, and other times offering direct feedback, coaching, and strategic thought partnership to help refine the work and strengthen implementation.
The goal is simple: teams leave having accomplished their purpose, with something actionable in hand.
Sometimes the most important thing educators need is not one more meeting, but dedicated space to think, create, refine, and move forward together.
Design Studios can be:
- brought directly to your school or district
- scheduled for individual teams
- accessed through already established Design Studio days and collaborative sessions
